Saurabh Gawade came for a test drive, he was full of the right knowledge of the vehicle.
He calmly explained each and every feature patiently and answered all questions very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited them on May 2022 for test drive of XUV 700. I was very impressed with the service of Sangeeta from unnati's team. She managed and coordinated the test drive very professionally. I did not had to wait long for test drive. She explained the features with interest. Overall good experience with the showroom , even when wait time for car is almost 2 years.

The staff is very generous, they will handle your requests, no questions asked.
When you're trying to book the vehicle, there maybe few policies or stuff they aren't completely aware about, but they try to get back to you with the exact answer which is good.
No feedback is taken on the test drive or the booking experience unlike other showrooms. So if you've a complaint you need to initiate it yourself.

Very well maintained test drive vehicles they have.
The staff is very polite and intelligent,they know almost every about the vehicle.
Mr.Jagtap is not only excellent with conversation skills but he also knows how to make his customers feel comfortable..

But Team Mahindra made incorrect and I am really happy with fabulous experience. Log kah the the tractor bechne wale nahi change honge, but I M really proud of team Mahindra they made it possible. Highlights
Ac waiting long with big see Tv, good sofa, Tea/ coffee / cold drinks/water bottles, etc.
The staff were very polite and focused on hood service.
The vehicle was ready for delivery with appropriate pooja and everything was perfectly lined up.
We all are very happy and we will do Aardas to Waheguru one day our brand Mahindra will go up and lead in world automotive sector
