The HR & Finance team people are soo cheep.
They miss use the leanincy of candidates.
They don't give any hike on the time of joining they say I ll give you same salary as per your previous CTC.
& when u ll join the organization ; there only you will get 4-5 percentage hike once in 2 year .
Your carieer life will go spoil without learning knowledge & financial growth.
Here only the name is MAHLE , but not the MNC organization , only marathi people company.
No carieer growth no financial growth.
After spending some time here ,you will realise the reality of this local MNC organization.
