★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is mainly a vegetable market. (Fruits are also sold but in smaller proportions) The produce sold here is mostly after 4 pm till around 9 pm. You do get limited items in the 1st half of the day but shouldn't expect good variety. Vendors are shrewd so be careful while they weigh your purchase. They may clandestinely slip in a rotten piece while justifying the weight balance.

There are few outlets of junk food which are really provide tasty Food.
There is a long line of electronic Shops.
Some sweets shops as well.
Rates are very normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vegetable market is a big market of barasat. All vendors used to come here for selling their vegetables. All types of vegetables are available here. Vegetables are cheap & fresh here. Vendors use to sell in bulk such as minimum 5kgs of vegetables they sell and price is cheap. Small shopkeepers used to purchase in small quantity and big vendors take 20kgs or 40 kgs. Vendors come from midnight & they stay till morning. Always there is a chaos & huge gathering.

And all type of eating material or groceries available here at valuable price with good quality. Almost every types of seasonal vegetables or fruits available at good price.
Please don't go outside Without masks or keep distance from other person to avoid from world famously disease COVID 19 (like Corona or omicron), and other type of disease.
There is also a park aside of Sabzi mandi.
