★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So Approximately 20 days back I bought a Suit for Maison Shefali on sale 40%. Suit costed me 5400 after discount. But after I received the suit I was in total shock as the color was totally different. Color described on their website was MAUVE (have attached the photo) (now they have removed mauve from description taken the pic of that too) but what I received was OLD ROSE PINK (agreed by their team also pic attached). So after explaining them that there is difference between MAUVE and OLD ROSE PINK there “TEAM AGREED IT WAS ERROR FROM THERE END” so they will replace the suit after color approval. I returned the suit in 2 days (paid courier on my own). But to my shock they couriered same color suit that to without color approval (as promised by them). That too taking the advantage of Diwali holiday sending courier around 6pm and I messaged them ard 6:30 what have they send is it suit if yes then they didn’t even got the color approval from me but they responded its Diwali holiday from 6pm (even though there working hours is till 7pm).
To my shock this is the brand who cheated me not once but twice first describing the product detail wrong on website and then promising color approval and not adhering to it. When I complained again they were not ready to take the suit back.
I would just conclude everything in one sentence now they should change their Brand name from MAISON SHEFALI to MISSION CHEATING. That explain the brand completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic quality and misleading pictures. I ordered a salwar suit from them and it’s extremely poor quality..I asked for a return and they were very rude to me. Didn’t return it ..pls don’t buy anything from them..extremely unprofessional
Maison shefali has not resolved anything as they claim..read other people comments below.,they are into malpractices of fooling customers. they give first time discount coupon to everyone..Infact the website is on promotion always to fool customers. The quality is pathetic and pictures are misleading. When I asked for my return..she said they can’t do due to coupon code. Even though they sell the same product on other vendor website with return policy. They are highly rude and unprofessional and it’s bad business practices. Don’t support such business
