★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good hospital with a good doctors, nurses and all supporting staffs. ICU staffs are really great. All are very dedicated and respectful.
The way they treat my grand mother it's really reborn of her life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hv been visiting ths hospital since 35yrs & even my son was born here.Bt vry disappointed & angry to knw that the receptions rule the hospital for money.
My father hs gall bladder infection and advised to get surgery done. So i calld to enquire charges & how much wil insurance cover & which doctor will operate.But the guy who spoke on call said he's the insurance head & it's costly if I came by own so he askd to call on his phone so he will get him a discount and deluxe room at less rates but when asked by any1 in hospital i hav to tell I was sent from bmc hospital nearby which i was not clear why. Ths is how genuine hospitals like Maiya iv visitd since yrs is going down drain. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hospital, staff is amazing. Especially Karthik (insurance coordinator) was so helpfull and made a hassle free experience when I was there in hospital. Doctors are very experienced and well versed in their area of profeciany. Service is excellent and you can get any type treatment done here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic administration. Shocked by the way the hospital is dealing with patients here. None of the staff are wearing masks properly( few weren't wearing at all) , no covid precautions taken whatsoever. Unprofessional receptionist (Mr Karthik) who first of all doesn't wear mask, secondly doesn't keep a track of appointments and has no idea about the order in which they need to be sent. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctors, they don't care about the patient life. If any patient is serious they just take them to ICU stating that the doctor will arrive after 4 hours and 30 mins please don't risk anyone's life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience . Dr Raghuveer karan is such a unprofessional person. He does not know how to talk to patient or care taker. He literally scream at the patients family members. He does not allow you to ask him any concern or questions . Please avoid this doctor raghuveer karan
Hi Mr Ravi, your response, seems like a justification that a doctor can talk rudely to anyone and a personal attack. Everyone on this platform is educated and is aware about how busy a doctor life is. I had not approached doctor to know the patient condition from start or his progress, that day the patient had got a severe allergic reaction to a new medicine which was administered to him last night, and the pain the patient was undergoing was unbearable, so with due respect I had approached the doctor to know about the current situtation. Being from a medical field I do understand a doctors responsibilty. In India people keep doctor next to God. And in return we do expect the same respect. Also seems like your staff makes a note on who is visiting the patient which day, 1st or 13th day. I have been visiting this hospital from past 30years n dint expect this. I posted my review with my own personal experience unlike the response which seem personal attack. Thanks for your response Mr. Ravi.
