Order handling at worse than snails place. Staff in their own delusional world. Zero communication. Taste comes second customer handling should be first.

What I hate is , they charge for even parcel small box @ rs 3… I’m sure the there are making 3 times profit there and also paper bag they charge rs 10. By doing this they are making huge profit from non food items ..
this is bad and looting I feel …
Reduce the package charge please especially the useless paper bag .. you sell cloth bag at rs 10 like all MRP liquor outlet does ..

Hygiene can be improved and response time.
