β β β β β One of the most unpleasant experience I have ever had.!! Bought an office mesh chair worth 5000 which was delivered in dismal condition at my place with low-quality parts & material.
Despite visiting the store the same day, salesman Sonu (though he introduced himself as the owner) blatantly refused to replace the chair & returned part money after some heated exchange of words.
Deserves not even a half starβ
