★ ★ ★ ★ ★ edit: They don't allow bachelor's to stay here. The dairy farm in front is smelly and there's a lot of insects at night. Rodents used to crawl up to 5th floor where we used to live. Seriously. Sometimes you can even find snakes in parking lots.
2 and 3 BHK fully furnished appartments. I live here as a bachelorette student and it's one of the best place one can find while studying at VIT college. Two elevators, 24/7 water, inverter enabled, entrance camera, solar heater, intercom, security monitor, club house, Ganesh Temple, this place has it all. The only downside is the small dairy farm which spoils the beauty of this Tower.
