★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very nice project in this area. We made right decision to buy a flat in Majestique Venice. Quality of construction is really very good. All sales executives and Engineers from construction company are cooperative. This project have lot of amenities like wonderful mini theatre, well equipped gymnasium, game zone with variety of games, children's play area, clean swimming pool, beautiful entrance. Site have ample open space and tree plantation. It's very nice experience to stay in such a happening place.

I had a whole new experience with the Majestique Venice. Sitting here in Bangalore and finalizing a dream home for me and my family was made much more easier by Gauras and his team. Looking forward to move in at the earliest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful residential community located in Dhayari in Pune. The amenities seem to be well maintained. The play area looks nice and gives a nice feel. The swimming pool is average size. They may need to make some arrangements for safety of kids when around the pool. Ample parking space is available. The apartment sizes are not very small and at same time not very spacious as well. There are some fields around where vegetables are grown. So this is a good sight from some towers. There is also some construction on going for next phase. The towers look well occupied. Overall it's a very good place to live. It comes in corporation limits.

Their amenities are awesome, you just visit once this place and you will be definitely fall in love with this place. ? because their home package for 1bhk and 2 bhk are well and good. But they give you position in April 2019. And after that they will also build another 2 building near you. Atmosphere are also good. The builders or their supervisor are also friendly and the agents are also well n good.
