★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception area is a big concern.
Lady at reception dosent know how to talk. Being in a same industry i can easily tell there is better option this nursing home can get .
Also the discharge is a big concern. Plz ensure who comes here for admission plz read the admission documents carefully. Bcz this people (the fat person don't know his name will teach u that u should read if u don't then it's urgent problem.
I will not get proper answer from them.
They will only start when there process allow them to do so.
In terms of usage and facilities this nursing home is better than others but the only concern area is the front desk. Needs lots of attention and improvement atleast management should provide them a training .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst type of reception for a private nursing home...After discharge they behave with people like animals. They don't co operate with you at all. I f you have minimum enquary they will not help by phone rather will ask you to come and sit there for hours. Try to avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse and the attendant are very good. They take good care. But other services in NursingHome are not satisfactory. I think the bill is more in terms of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital I have seen. Basically they harassed every single patient.My brother was admitted for gynocomastia. Dr kushankur Guha (MBBS) first told to my brother that he would operate him & he will release him by evening at the same day .. But then we had to wait for 12 hours. Dr gave an excuse that he had 7 or 8 cases so we had to wait over there. At the end dr said that he will operate the very next day & so that case my brother need to stay over there for 2 nights. Though he said that he would discharge him by the same evening. & receptionist is also a fool. They will not help anyone even. They will make you wait for hours.. A very bad experience I have had..

Saved life of my Parents, in-laws and other relatives more than once.
Hope they will extend and enhance their services in near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star applicable please don't visit behavior is worthless room are worthless and price is for one day 14000 without medicine which is not applicable because rooms are not up to the mark, sonography is not good doctors are not available.One time oxemeter charge 200 covid test price 1000 . Horrible hospitality kindly don't go. Doing business nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremly bad. My Grandpa went there for his high sugar. Sugar came down . On this tuesday ,Dr. told very casually that he would be released within 2-3 days. On the same day evening, call came from nurse about he being critical. When we reached , they asked us to take grandpa at some other place. We were planning to go to R.N.TAGORE , but he expired on the way in Ambulance.
So carelessness of the whole unit plus they told some water have to be taken out but when confirmed from family doctor, he said there was no fluid present. They informed about his condition when there was no time left at 8.10pm. If they would have informed about his condition before with responsibility , this wouldn't have happened.
