★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big NO for 'Make India Journey' won't be using their service in future. Words like Commitment/Honesty are missing from their dictionary.
I had booked my Shimla-Manali trip from Mumbai for me and my family (my wife and my 2yrs daughter). Saurabh and Amit were the people to coordinate with. Full payment was paid which includes (hotel stay at Manali and Shimla with breakfast-dinner, pickup from chandigarh to Manali, drop from Shimla to Delhi)
Hotels names with their descriptions was mentioned in their voucher (Hotel Rajput in Manali and Hotel Alpine Hillden in Shimla) but when I reached, there was no booking at the said hotels instead I was asked to go to another hotel (Hotel Manali Paradise) which was not upto the standard as compared to Hotel Royal Rajput. In Shimla I was asked to travel more than 7kms away from centre to Hotel Aasha Residency. They were not responding to my phone calls or messages either. I was angry but as I said was travelling with family I had to suffer.
While returning from Shimla to Delhi the Cab driver stopped the car on highway asking for payment which was already paid by my side to Make India Journey but they didn't paid the driver/cab service. I was in the middle of highway (kalka near chandigarh) with my family, driver disagreed to move further and again they were not responding to the calls and messages. After waiting for around 45-50 mins I paid the driver from my side in cash as I have to catch the flight. I was in anger, after reaching airport I called Amit again and at a point he said 'Police ko call karke complaint karo 100 number pe' Literally this was not expected by them. It has been a week now and they haven't paid that cab amount back instead they are asking to submit a payment receipt for the cab. Pathetic! As already mentioned I had paid the driver in Cash, what receipt they are talking about as they had booked the cab and can get the receipt from cab service / agent. How am I supposed to get that?
If Google allows me to rate a Zero or in minus I would have loved to rate them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was bad experience we booked our honeymoon package from this company..And from day 1 it was bad experience for us
On day 1 at 5pm driver stopped our car and asking us for 17000 money which was already paid by us to company .We tried to call company members but no one responded us almost. 2hrs we are on empty roads...And when we posted same msg on what's app group our agent did respond in very aggressive way we have all msgs and recordings
2nd insident was we check out our room one day before but we paid our full money ..But even this company did not pay for hotels ..So again. Hotel owner stopped us for around 4 hrs ....If you want to enjoy your trip please do not go with this company ..Our agent name was saurabh and one more person was there name as amit tiwari ...They want just money and after money even if you die in there trip they don't care about that they will not receive your
phone call or even they will not replay to your msgs .
As requested we had bookingfrom26th dec to 1st jan with name of Ajay sawant
Dear mij don't be so inocent on public website .Coz you people are disgusting .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They call you multipe times to ask money but once the payment is made they do not respond. They will assign a driver and will send the car details but he will have nothing to do with MIJ. They do not coordinate. The driver says most of the places mentioned in the itinary is closed. They want to save on fuel expense. They create a group in whatsapp and no one replies in the group. They do not make payment to hotels on time. Hotel reception will make you wait until these chaps clear payment while checking out. Basically they speak roses before you make payment and thorns after.

"Excellent place shimla & Manali to enjoy your holidays. Make India Journey provided well managed package and that too in reasonable cost. i went with my family.
We were a group of 12 people and we enjoyed a lot during trip. Shimla Manali Awesome Place, Driver Was Good All Hotels Good Company Staff And Manager Mr. Amit And Saurabh Good, sure i will recommend Make India Journey for any holiday package.

Because tour holder ne package dete time kha kuch or dikhaya kuch. I feel every time why I book my tour from make India journey and on every time I concern on call from package holder.
Cab driver was not coperative and skip most of sightseen like rohtang pass,manikarn,vasisth temple etc.
I never book any trip in future from make India jouney and also suggest our circle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the most pathetic experience with Make india journey. I had booked them for a package to manali and shimla. I had asked them for my preferred hotels. They booked hotels that were completely different without my consent. After reaching one of the hotels in shimla, i was forced to pay 5k as a part of new year gala event . MAKE india Journey didnt inform me about this charge before. On contacting mr amit from make india, he spoke very rudely to me, and hung the phone in my face.
If anyone is thinking of opting for make india journey, please dont go for it. Most fraud travel portal
