★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand how much they concern about their customers. MakeMyHouse representatives (who handle the case/file) are having really very poor skills/unprofessional. They don't understand what customer need they just argue and explain their excuses. initially they response well until full payment done, after payment you have to keep following they don't even worry or call you back. In my case Nidhi Yadav was representative who handle the file, really talking with her and explaining requirement was very painful. She missed many promises, floor plan architect Shakshi Patidar was also kind of low experienced. Other than these two department rest seems fine. My house construction is still in progress don't know after review how they treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One should ensure that they have an engineer friend before taking their services. They gave me an elevation option, it looked nice so I said ok, I didnt know the technical part otherwise I would have designed it myself. Now we started building our house as per the plan given by them but then we realized that this elevation is not giving strength to the roof, we called their engineer who agreed with us. I then called my coordinator from make my house and they asked me to pay extra for getting the elevation changed. This is ridiculous, there is no response from them after that and now we have no option but to go with our own whatever design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of these fraudsters, I paid money about 3 months ago and they never completed my designs. They kept chasing me for payments, from their sales to CEO for like 5 times a day but as soon as I paid money, all they give are excuses.
There were clear signs of their cheating and I should have stopped at the first sign itself.
1. They sent me contracts and payment requests from gmail id, I insisted to get it from their official domain email. They gave several excuses and I should have stopped at this point only but I gave in to their promises.
2. When I paid the first installment, they brought the fine prints and said you will have to pay extra for this service and that service, all of which was promised in the beginning be covered in the same price. Wish I had stopped here atleast.
3. They did not deliver the first design on time, infact they took 3 weeks to deliver the first design that was promised in one week.
3. However, immediately after first design approval, they asked for the full payment. I was hesitant but they were calling me like 5-7 times a day, right from their sales to CEO, everyone kept chasing me.
4. Again they made false promises and I paid the full time on their own deadline of 2 weeks to deliver the final design.
5. After that payment, its been more than 2 months and they have totally disappeared. They don't even reply to my message anymore.
So, I wouldn't even call them unprofessional but CHEATS.
Save your time and money. Find someone you can meet and trust. I warned you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Project Executive :- Ankita Gupta, CSE :- Nidhi Yadav , Structure :- Manisha Bedse Architech :- Durriya Arif and team,it was a good experience with her and her team,satisfactory work.
Looking forward for more projects with them.
And Ankita Gupta really knows how to deal with customer and (most importantly) how to scratch money from their pockets.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make My House offers very efficient and professional services. From the very start, a support executive is assigned to your project and they guide you through the process and set-up calls with different departments as the work progresses. Their website and their application is well designed and you will receive timely updates about the delivery schedule. Also, a dedicated resource is tagged to your project who will be in constant communication with you over call and WhatsApp. I really appreciate the attentiveness of Mr. Riyaj Ansari who would always reply within minutes. He was consistent and clear in his communication from the very start and ensured smooth delivery of all the drawings. The entire package is a great value for money and I liked the front-elevation design very much. Team also provided contractor notes which were easy to understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time, there were few delays due to some technical issues. However, care Executives were responding calmly and responsibly always. Eventually they gained my faith and this is my 3rd project with them. More than satisfy. Being an Engineer will continue with them always if I will be served consistently the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the Elevation design was completed I have taken interior service from MakeMyHouse because I was very happy with the elevation design.
This Time My project was handled by:
1) Interior Team Surbhi Rathod always takes responsibility, listens to my requirements, provides good suggestions to deliver the design to me.
2) Consulting Department Rajesh Bhati co-operates with me on every step of my design and also takes responsibility.
Special Thanks to Surbhi and Rajesh. I would like to work with them in the future. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of these fraudsters, I paid all money in advance as they demanded but they never completed the work. There were clear signs of their cheating and I should have stopped at the first sign itself.
They did not deliver the first design on time and the design given had technical defaults like the car parking designed was very narrow that it is not possible to open the car door in the parking.
They lack basic knowledge of designing and construction.
I am sharing the elevation picture they given for my corner plot. They never share the elevation of other side and demanded more money even after receiving all amount in advance.
I have waited for about ten months for their response and make several calls and mails and they have their own excuses. I had conversation with Mr. Mustafa Johar CEO and asked for refund of money but no result.
After all their behavior compelled me to switch to another architect to complete my project.
They don't even reply to my message anymore.
So, I wouldn't even call them unprofessional but CHEATS.
Save your time and money. Find someone you can meet and trust. I warned you!
