★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic tour of Andamans organised by MakeMyTrip. The Marketing person Ms. Shweta Gupta was extremely helpful while chalking out the programme and also helped when we had trouble in contacting the Relationship Officer Ms. Suman Jain. All locations had courteous and knowledgeable tour managers. Would like to specially mention the services rendrered by the 3 chauffeurs, viz., Suresh at Port Blair, Paresh at Havelock Island and Naresh at Neil Island. The tour was shifted by a day from the original plan because of cancellation of flight by Indigo Airlines, as a result of which had a 6 hours lay-over at Hyderabad airport and had to book a lounge. Also, the last day's hotel booking was cancelled by MakeMyTrip for the deferment, and had to face the trouble of booking a hotel ourselves at a very short notice. Expected help and cooperation from the Relationship Officer of MakeMyTrip in these 2 matters.
