★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a zero on the rating scale, I believe that's what this shop deserves. Why is your question right? Well, last week I visited their store to confirm an order for a wardrobe. And I clearly informed Mamta the rep & the carpenter Raju, that I'd like to do one wardrobe in the last week of Feb since I'm on leave from work. And another wardrobe in the month of Aug'2020. They agreed gave me the quotations and I vivdly said let me know when you'll can start work and I will come and swipe my card for the advance. I even sat there and finalised the look,design, laminates etc with her. In the evening of 20th Feb'2020, I called and asked if we can start work on Sunday. She said she will check and get back to me next day. So in order words, I was waiting for a heads up from her, so that I can sell my current cupboard and keep things ready for their team to start work. The next day I get a call saying we can only start from 2nd March. I spoke to her over the phone and when I asked for the owner she said talk to Raju he handles this (apparently the owner). I then called the Raju fellow and he had the audacity to tell me to do a modular wardrobe we will set it up in 2 days. When we had decided to do the work in my house. I'm so disappointed and upset with this rubbish. Firstly, I trusted them with the work and didn't go to any other shop to check for prices, nor did I stall them I kept in constant touch. And what Mamta & Raju had to tell me were different stories. Mamta says we already have two projects going on and they extended the work and Raju told me, they just got two more projects so now everyone is occupied and that I should do a modular wardrobe . This is unbelievable, we decided on doing all the work at home, who is he to tell me to pay more for a modular kitchen? He obviously wasn't going to pay for it! Also, I'm not even sure if Raju is the owner.
I just feel they decided to do the other clients work because they were getting paid more for that. It's a shame that some people have no integrity, aren't capable of being trusted. Customers are to be treated equally and with respect. And this store sucks at it. Before starting any work they proved to be untrustworthy and I'm glad I didn't get any work done they would have surely not retified it. My recommendation to everyone please visit other stores and don't rely on these guys!

Initially when work started I had lot of complaints but Raju bhai owner told me he will take care all and he fulfilled his promise. My home is looking very beautiful and I am satisfied with service offered. All the workers who worked like painter carpenter, civil workers electricians, plumbers and Raju bhai all are professional and have good knowledge. I will definitely recommend these guys. Only you need to bargain when you go for deal finalizing. Thanks making my home beautiful.
