★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Frequency is very bad during peak/ office hours. During this time they should have more frequent services but instead during non rush hour like afternoon you will see 2 buses of the same number back to back or within 1-2 mins gap.
- There is no queue system. Even when some good citizens try to make a queue there are always those who will not follow it and just push their way in.
- The conductors from and to this area are most rude and act like bouncers. They also dont carry enough change and expect passengers to tender exact fare.
- There is also a habit of passing off torn and dirty notes.
- They dont deserve one star but 5 negative stars
