No one the office staff, driver and even the owner is not cooperating.
Driver is very arrogant.
Bus condition is very poor.
Strictly not recommended..

Driver, owner, service staff nobody is cooperative here..
Don't ever try to rent a bus from Malti travels..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. The owner asked the driver to stop the vehicle at an isolated place at night and ask for payment. It was a corporate outing and payment was pre agreed to be done post reaching. Not recommended.

The owner not at all concerned about the service he provides, he is only concerned about money.
The bus dicky was filled with bus tyres and we couldn't use the space, instead we had to keep it inside on the seats, which wasted 13 seats.
The driver suddenly stopped after travelling 30 km and searched for petrol pump, he could have earlier told us about the fuel.
The bus had hell lot of used bottles inside and bus was dirty from outside as well.
In the ghat section suddenly we smelled some burning smell, all the four tyres were full of smoke. We had to cool down the tyre rim by pouring water on it, this was due to the unskilled driver sent by the travel agency. Again in case if the tyre would have bursted in the ghat section we couldn't imagine the disaster.
At night we wanted the bus for some local nearby transport, but the driver was drunk and he didn't receive our local.
After telling all this story to the owner with zero empathy the owner said we have transported you to and fro and hence you have to pay us.
Never never opt for this Travel agency.
