★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is ravishing! Must try Mutton ghee roast! We paired it up with bhakri..
The service on weekends is a little slow, and also the person on the counter at the entrance is kinda arrogant! He dint let us enter saying we had to gather all our members first, which is kinda strange! Hence the 3star rating! Spoilt my mood before I even entered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience ordered mutton costing about ₹ 400/- got 4 pieces of mutton full of fat, rotis were served 15 minutes before the food, when complained hot rotis were served with salty cold curry, paneer tikka charred from outside inside masala raw, fish stale & smelling, service is very poor, we get better service in a small restaurant… NEVER again. Quantity & quality over priced. Please check your food as it is served, the WORST place to go, try some other restaurants if you have time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malhar has been our go-to seafood place since it started but our last 2 experiences have been horrible. Yesterday, we took our guests to Malhar for dinner - we ordered 4 starters of which the bombil fry was so bad, we returned it. The Manager refused to accept that the fish was bad. Everything about that dinner went wrong from the starters - prawn starter wasn't cooked enough, bombil was spoilt, in our pomfret thali - we got half a fish fry & a tiny piece in the gravy, the pomfret wasn't fresh, the waiter got our order wrong, the servers didn't portion the food while serving, we ordered for 3 thalis & they got us 4 insisting that was our order & the worst was when a cockroach crawled up on our guest. For a billing of 5.5k, we've had the most embarassing & haunting experience ever alongwith bad bad food. Never going back to this place again but it's more sad to see such a good place going to the dumps because of bad Management/staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visted this place yesterday. There is management change..and food quality was ok ok types...we orderesd solkadhi which had off taste...and returned. Squid chilly was ok ok...but rubbery type ..non spicy appetizer. ravas Tawa fry was good. Honey chilli potato ...could have been better....Neera dosa was awesome ...and veg chettinad .... chicken sukkha was good. Overall little bit pricey and food quality was ok types. Will definitely think twice regarding visiting this place again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malhar has the best fish Thali ever. Generous is a good word to describe the whole experience, right from the customer service, the seating plan and most importantly, the food serving.
The Chef special fish thali had all my favourite things - fried fish, shellfish, crabs, and a prawn curry. Each curry was unique in its preparation. The fish was fresh. I highly recommend the rice bhakri to go alongwith the the fish thali.
We ordered fried bombils with sol kadi, and a prawn masala as starters. That set the tone for the rest of the meal.
We reached the restaurant early on a weekday afternoon. All their staff members attended to us with enthusiasm. They made great suggestions for starters.
All in all, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good and is famous for sea food. The quality of food is good. It gets crowded during lunch and dinner. The service is so good. It's a place to be if you like sea food. I have been here quite a few times over several years. It was always good. After lockdown may be there are new staff and may not be able to suggest. If this is your first time there and you feel the person attending you is not sure then you can order the standard fish dish or thali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience I had dining here was awesome. The staff was very friendly and kind. The food was really tasteful and every bite was delectable. It took some time for the food to be prepared but I wouldn't complain about it because the food was worth the wait! We ordered Chicken lollipops and Chicken tikka biryani. The biryani was a bit spicy but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The ambiance of the place was very welcoming and beautiful. One complaint I have is that I ordered some food for take-out, the quantity of that food was very less compared to what we had in dine in. I wish they would adhere to the same standard with regards to take out, too. Overall, however, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend a dine in here!
