Taking their services is equivalent to throwing your money in dustbin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are frauds and big cheaters.The lady named Mrs Malhotra fool people .They had taken advance of Rs 15 k for family function.Now they are demanding extra money for handover of function video.Pls don't go for them.
It was my wedding and had ruined an important day.They also say that they know gundas and would extort money no matter what we do.
In the end I don't have my wedding video or images while I have lost 15K for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photographer they assigned is the worst photographer we have seen. he does not know what is angle for photography, for most the pictures the person's eye is either closed or the person is looking away from the camera. Photographer spoiled my marriage, reception party pictures and I do not recommend anyone to hire their photographer.
Pathetic service with no professionalism and multiple followup to get the video and album.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their services twice. On the occassion of my sister's engagement, the photographer messed up with the pics of ring exchange moment. Imagine an engagement album without the pic of ring exchange.
Second time, on my brother's wedding the qusliyy of video album was pathetic with a poor quality of editing. There was no proper song selection, voice over and there was no sequence of events in the wedding.
The lady owner is so sweet of talk and when it comes to delivery of services she makes excuses. She would send the album without even reviewing what was delivered to us. When I would call back to tell her this aspect she would tell me that she will look into it and would not call for weeks. Again she will call me to talk about outstanding payment and change the topic when I would remind her to review the album first. This went on for almost 15 months. Please don't go to her and spoil your memories of so special occasions in your life.
They are not worth covering even birthdays and kitty party

The work done from Malhotra Color Lab is so bad that it made me question my entire existence. They are a standing proof of what is wrong with our country, where customers are seen as goats to be slaughtered.
Once their money is paid, forget about going the extra distance to satisfy the customer properly, they wont even deliver what they had expressly promised at the beginning. So much so that if you visit their shop, they will look at you like some unwanted begger has come into their shop to demand for charity.
As per my knowledge, they are working from this small shop in H pocket market since last 25 years, without any growth whatsoever, and today I got to know the reason for this. They have no repeat customers, since they believe in killing the golden goose laying the golden eggs.
Well, I dont think my review will make much difference in their lives, since they dont care about their customers or even their business anyway. They are simply happy to slaughter the few new innocent people walking into their shop everyday which enables them to continue with their survival on this planet.
Since I know very few people who can live so blissfully in a mediocre life, I really salute their level of contentment.
I wish them good luck, since that is all they are dependent on anyway.
