★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and very rude behaviour by owner and staff. Strictly not recommended to my family and friends. Moreover, My payment via paytm was taken twice even after insisting the owner to wait for getting the message. I even shared the deduction snippet and requested owner to consider , but no response after multiple reminders.
To brush up your memory, please refer to the attached snippet and reminder's wherein I have shared my paytm payment summary. Also, if you can elaborate on your irrelevant response to my feedback, it will helpful. I sincerely feel that u need re- visit your response to customers and provide them with better services to avoid such inconvinences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with mr gaurav thakur regarding rude behaviour of person who seems to be owner.He is an arrogant and high headed person.He doesn't know how to behave with customers.I am a senior citizen but he argued and called me repeatdly a liar.I have made payment through Paytm but he was insisting to show paper receipt.Very disgusting experience.i will never visit this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems all the reviews regarding the Rude, manner less, high headed and arrogant behavior of the UNCLE sitting at the counter and their employees are true and faced the same when I went to buy cake and some donuts.
Sir (Owner), You and your team needs to get some coaching and guidance on how to treat the customers, if the customers are being very polite and regarding you because of your age. It is evident that you and your staff need a deep guidance and training on customer service training courses.
Moving on, They cannot face any kind of constructive, kind and polite feedback on the quality of any of their product. Rather will impose or blame the customers, they must have handled/kept the product wrong.
Have seen your comments cussing and abusing customers (See attached images) on this review section and mentioning don't need customers like you however I understand it takes courage and good acumen to take feedback and improve upon the behavior and services which you clearly lack because of your temperament and high headedness. But the reality, customers have ample options go to and with much better taste, service, treatment.
Take some example from the budding nearby bakers and bakery shops. You might learn a lot!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The range of products is decent for a shop this size but the quality has decreased over time and the pricing has increased, thus making the products overpriced. The cakes contain only cream and very less cake bread, which is also very dry and of bad quality. I have been a costumer since 2014 and have seen the owner act rudely towards staff and costumers. Uncle (he is quite old) you need to change your attitude towards people. You are what you are because of your employees and costumers. If you don't show kindness then the time isn't far when your shop will not be profitable and people won't come to you for cakes. Costumers pay for everything they buy and even then you act so rudely towards them. Shame on you as a human. There are much better quality cakes available in the same market (not pointing out any specifis here). Uncle if you want to be respected, please show kindness and remain humble. It is other people due to whome you are where you are today.
