★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inspite of calling them several times when I was in dire need of their help,the authorities simply turned a deaf ear,telling me that it was not their concern and asked me to contact the consumer forum...It was very irresponsible of them.My question is if the security of the public is not the concern of the police,then whose is it and what exactly is their role then?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are indifferent to any complain. They are the worst, doesn't have any humanity. I have complained that one of my gas cylinders is leaking and the gas company is saying that they will pick up the cylinder on the next day. We called the police several times and asked them to take necessary action asap. We were really frightened because of the situation. And they replied that "IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY, THEY CAN NOT HELP". I just can not belive them!! Do they have any humanity??
I don't know what to do?? Please can anybody tell me what to do??
