★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have good experience with mall8door , but need it to be improve in terms of technology as sometimes payment through card at the time of delivery fails due to connectivity issues. Moreover the portal has only pay now option for confirmation of order from customer even if payment on delivery is needed.

I have a few problems which remain unsolved
although these have been brought to the notice of all concerned
1) Items which are out of stock/not available continue to be shown in the cart list.list needs to be updated daily at the end of the day.Item looms not in stock and be marked as such. 2)swap machine should be made available to every delivery boy
3)Items sent for delivery are jumbled in one bag as a result crisp items like biscuits toast vermicelli get crushed.Even vegetables are kept in the same bag.Proper packing.shd be ensured. (V.K.Dhir)

Secondly, If a product can't be given at discounted price to a customer who have already availed the discount offer, It should be available at regular price. Thirdly, Customer needs to be contacted, If due to some technical fault you are unable to deliver his order. Customer may lose faith in such cases. Fourth, Understanding the issue/feedback in website customer is willing to share is key rule to success for a start-up to a business leader organization. Fifth, We understand that the offer given by you can't be given in large quantity due to huge discount, however. On ordering the product twice, received a successful confirmation. Customer may choose online payment, how trust can be regained after cancelling the order at your end and not informing the customer. Sixth, I have given you 4 star as I am satisfied with the product quality you offered till now. Issue Description:I purchased 1 KG sugar at discounted price of Rs. 1. Yes , offer is pretty good. However, I purchased 5-7 kg more sugar later at same price. I completed the order and unusually made it cash on delivery (I usually choose online payment as I trust the website since long). I got invoice of successful message on email. One day later, when order not delivered, I called the customer support. They refused me stating that your order got cancelled because you purchased sugar more than once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be take extreme precautions during billing, cashers will cheat you in billed items, may steal your credit/debit card detail by showing it's both side to CCTV. I had a bad experience with them, if you complaint they behave very rudely, talking abuse and may physically harm you.
