★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chinmay is a top athelete, a very highly skilled exponent of Mallakhamb and an excellent teacher and coach. The ease with which he can handle children from ages 5 -6 through to 12/13 is simply amazing. I have seen kids change from apprehensive and curious beginners into super flexible, daring and strong atheletes in a short span of few months.
