No doubt, your food may be good however at the same time also need to understand that average restaurants across have been doing well only due to excellent customer service they provide. Understand the restaurant was busy yesterday night and that's the only reason I asked waiter specifically before order on the turn around time. I did order Surmai thali and nothing out of menu which is one of your specialty. After saying 10 or max 15 mins, the waiters were only avoiding for next more than half an hour. Walked out without a doubt as for me customer experience matters the most when I am paying for something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is scrumptious. Love all their desserts, appetisers and thali. The solkadhi is my favourite to have always. Owner is a gem of a human being as well and takes lots of care in sourcing the best food and yummy authentic Maharashtrian cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place in kharghar for sea food no others can compete them on weekends and public holiday there is lot of waiting so be ready accordingly but the waiting is worth quality and quantity both are super talking about space its cozy and nice should definitely try this hotel for seafood authentic taste is provided this is my all time favorite dine in place.

The pricing of the dishes is above average according to the quantity and quality.
Ambience of the place is good
This place is good for family dinners and mostly for Nov vegetarians
For vegetarians there are simple home styled dishes like curry chapati rice and vegetables
Overall for vegetarians this place has comfort home styled regular menu
And for non vegetarians this place has lot of options

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was perfect, Chicken Pakoda with touch of Chinese flavour was Super. We had Surmai Thali and it was awesome. Ambient was nice being hot sunny day outside.
Tips and trick for Improvement:- Service was slightly slow as there was online orders. Which I can understand being exact Lunch time.
