★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Verna service at 11 am. but they done only washing in 4:30 hour.?.And in showroom service first then washing...but there first washing then service...After service there was oil stain on the car..then what is the benefit of washing or our 4:30 totally wasted. Really disappointed....1 star only for that because we have no option for 0 star. We have also issue with the AC ...Sometimes it was working sometimes not. They said that Gas is low. And they have vacuum it....now it is not working.. because they have done gas empty...And The problem was with the AC coil which is told on previous services and also mentioned on the bill we have also shown them. But they did not check it they only check for the gas and vaccum it....???

Their employees are not interested in your call and you will have call them again and again for getting information about your car.
What an irresponsible behaviour.
You may feel like you are visiting a gvt office ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible palce and terrible staff. i got my Hyundai aura repaired here. They made me wait for hours to get my car delivered and also other promises for basic touch up of my car were not fulfilled i would never suggest to get your car serviced here

Car service 3star, staff 3star, customer lounge 3star( I give 4 if dish is recharge and I enjoy tv programs during a long waiting time).
