Jaiywanti (Janti) Dugal is the food director at Azure Hospitality since its inception in 2009. The much talented connoisseur oversees the kitchens at Mamagoto, Speedy Chow, Rollmaal and Mamapaati. Coming from a blend of a Sikh and an Indonesian background, Janti Dugal, embarked upon her journey into the hospitality sector from a boutique company which served Pan Asian and European cuisines for over 25 years. She has also been the Chef and a Chief Promoter at Delhi’s first authentic Thai street food restaurant “Spice.”
At Azure Hospitality, her role is predominantly two fold – to conceptualise new recipes, R&D while travelling various parts of Asia as well as quality control across all restaurants under Azure Hospitality and revenue centres. With a kitchen brigade of over 150 chefs, Janti’s role is pivotal to Azure’s growth and expansion in the future. Her cooking philosophy is to take standard recipes and tweak them with new, contrasting flavours, providing signature tastes that are original and scalable. Using zero preservatives, MSG or colouring, she focuses on seasonal ingredients and constant evolution.

β β β β β Good Place to eat for couples and adults, but I won't recommend to bring kids along. Because has bar and served Alcohol inside.

β β β β β Going back again & again for Sushi.. had a great experience with the help of 'Prashant' who helped and listened carefully to our snacks desires. End up having Sushi, Spring rolls, Dimsums, fritters, Wine Pitcher and a desert. Overall, a great experience. A bit expensive on pocket but the food is really worth it.

β β β β β The mama's special spicy ramen was the best ramen I have eaten in my life and in Delhi. It was a symphony of spicy flavors and the adequate veggies to cut through the spiciness. The lemongrass iced tea was another favourite. The sushi was good too. The ambience is perfect and the service is amazing. It is a bit on the costlier side, but if you love good food, spending a bit more is absolutely worth it. Recommended.

β β β β β Great place to enjoy the pan asian food, their dimsums are β€οΈ also the chips basket you get in the beginning is only makes you to hungry for the food ?, enjoy the true garlic chutney/sauce with those chips! Absolutely loved it! Quantity is supremely! Though fairly high priced place but its worth it! Its βΉ1600-1800 for two people. But best pan asian! Simply amazing! Had a great twisty Tuesday here!
PS- one star less for slow service.

β β β β β Definitely my go to place.. serves pan asian, Japanese and thai .. tried the kolkata bowlβ¦ was a bit spicy but flavoured beautifullyβ¦ and ended up with the yummy caramel sponge cake.. try any of their signature bowls.. u wonβt be disappointedβ¦

β β β β β Good place to try some new, interesting stuff. Menu has a lot of variety compared to similar restaurants but the price and service needs some attention. Though the staff is polite and friendly they need more people to attend Saturday crowd and prices are slightly higher. Overall the place is cozy and has a great interior decor with interesting vibe.

β β β β β Great ambiance, tasty chips that they served before the meal. I ordered orange ice tea, pan fried noodles and chicken satay.
The moment my lips touched the chicken satay I felt the burst of flavour. The peanut sauce was just amazing, I could've had ten of those skewers. Pan fried noodles in black bean sauce was also quite good. They give chopsticks on demand, which is nice.
