★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to get all government stamp papers and every type of affidavit is done here. For registration of propery, sale and purchase deed, rental agreement etc this is very centralise place. Lot of advocates, many typing shops, lot of xerox shops etc are readily available. All work is done very fast.

Carry all your stuff as if you are out for a day's trip.
The workflow and process is pathetic and slow. Perpare to hear reasponse as "Server is down" for every question you ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded and unhygienic! Most of the rooms are coverd with dust. You will be required to wait quite a lot and rest assured you will not get a place to rest! Nature calls - no way you can attend! Super filthy restrooms.
And finally you get an opportunity to enter in to relatively clean room, but the attitude of the officials will turn you off.

2. Every time they say, "Server is down".
3. Nobody follows Covid Restrictions.
4. You won't find a clean place to sit.
5. The workflow process is so pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fans , no washrooms, have to wait for 5 hours with little kids in such summer days, This should be improved as we pay huge amount of stamp duty and registration fees, but still lack of basic facilities.
