★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All. Had a terrible expereince with her. Strongly advice not to go to her. I had gone to her for 3 hour coffee making class, which she completed in less than 1 hour and charged 3000. You will find far better classes in pune, who charge 1/3rd her rate and teach many more varities. Even for cookie making class, she charged 3000 and barely gave 1 piece to taste and gavbe rest all to her kid. Was shocked to see her behaviour.
so please think before spending so much amount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, extremely disappointed with her. I did salad making session (individual) with her and it was huge disappointment. She charged INR4000 for it. No value for money, many promises before session but actual session was not even 10% of it. She used all regular ingredients, no salad leaves not even olive oil (she used regular cooking oil), cabbage and cucumber. She had promised for few recipes with dressings but did not go beyond mayo, ketchup and chili sauce. I will not recommend her to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Manali cooking classes has been a learning oriented one. I was never keen in learning cooking however joining this class gave me different perspective to cooking. Ms. Devyani Parakh is an amazing teacher, her easy tips and insight to this profession makes the whole experience a worthy one. I personally took cooking classes which involved day to day cooking which includes Roti to Parathas, Rice to Biryani, Sabji to Pav bhaji and Dal varan to Dal Makhani. Every class had been great, I learnt the receipes well and can manage my day to day cooking with utmost fineness.

Devyani Ma'am has that passion for food which I have not seen in anyone else. She understands that emotion behind taste and presentation and trains us accordingly. She can actually tell you the taste of the food and the ingredients in it just by its aroma.
A very polite lady who guides you in every possible way so that you may learn the different aspects of presentation and taste.
She has immense knowledge of commercial food types and therefore she will guide you very well for your startup.
I have had a very great experience here and therefore recommend you to try it once and you won't regret your decision.

She used pure and standard ingredients from the scratch and freshly bought packets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to start my shop in Solapur for Milkshake, Fruit Juice and Ice Cream. I specially came from Solapur to take commercial training from Devayani mam of Manali Cooking Classes, Pune.
It was a very good experience. I learnt Milkshakes and Fresh Fruit Juices with hands on training. Her teaching skill is very good. The training is interactive and keeps the student engaged throughout the training.
She not only taught but also shared some tips. Now I am confident to go ahead with my new start up. :)
