★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u r looking for piece/change routine/change thoughts or depressions its helped u a lot. Mostly there r source of +ve vibes n Satacharya Umesh is most. All have happy faces n doing smiles ever which creates surrounding of happiness. All i said Give it a try you like it. its difficult in starting to change from normal to ashram life but then u should definitely like it in life. Can't reveal more because of rules n regulations of TGF.
