The Manan Realtec Pvt Ltd executives are very good in their job. They met us twice within a week and helped us in finalizing the deal of sale of our flat in Tricity, Zirakpur. Very very very poor service. Totally money minded. Their tone and attitude takes a U turn after they receive their payment. No responsibility towards their work. Now I will share the details of my awful encounter with them. On 22nd of november their fellow agents show us different flats as per our requirement and trust me this is the only satisfactory part. We finalised a flat in G-block on the second floor in paradigm hermitage park society owned by the escon arena’s builder after a lost battle with him for the fitting of geysers(being a bare minimum necessity).As per our requirement we informed them on 22nd November that we wanted to shift on 28th of November. Mr Gauree Shankar who was cordial enough to agree to the small small mandatory demands like cleaning of the house, checking the functionality of fitting and fixtures in the flat. We had personally requested him for putting up my curtains and a mattress provided by me before I reach so that it will be a little easier for me to shift with two kids. I had repeatedly said please take care of these small small things otherwise I will be hassled with two kids but alas I am facing it. Before I could shift Mr Gauree Shankar goes on leave on emergency without bothering about his commitments or caring to delegate it but intends to get the full payment. We were still ok with everything. He tells us that what is the need of getting the flat cleaned its a new flat, which is closed since long and has ample of dust all around. Just see the contradiction..earlier he says yeh to kaam hai hamara...we will do it do not worry n after receiving the advance he says what is the need. The curtains and mattress was not put up which is so obvious and i had to do it still i was cool. After i shift with my kids i find out their is no water in the house...it has been not taken care of..due to which i am paying hotels bills because how can one live with no water in the washrooms. Not a single washroom has water. Leave apart the trouble putting up a kid and an infant away from the home comfort without planning for it. After a lot of chase they clean the house and ask me for a payment of 1000 towards it which is the owner’s responsibility and the dealer’s. Here I started loosing. I visited their office and narrated them about all of this..they convince me that the dealing person had to leave 4 days before so he did not get the time in 4 days to delegate his part of work as told by Mr Amit Sethi who is supposedly their boss but is not responsible for them as he deals with different department. He tries to tell us that it is our adamant demand for geyser, the owner is not supposed to do it. And his another staff says that “aap geyser kharidlo agar na kharid paa rahe ho to heating rods aate hain woh use karlo..geyser aapko kon lagake dega..aise nahin hota!” When we grill him he says main mazaak kar raha tha. Heights of unprofessionalism ! And we are still in hotels in spite of the flat being available..all thanks to manan realtec as they took care of all the basic facilies are active in the flat. So people be careful before u deal with MANAN REALTEC PVT LTD. 1. ZERO COMMITMENT AFTER PAYMENT ! 2. THE MOST HUMBLEST NICEST AND KINDEST PEOPLE BEFORE THEY FISH YOU. ROSY BEHAVIOUR ! I GOT DIABETIC ! 3. ABSOLUTELY NO PROFFESIONALISM ! 4. TO PROVE THEIR POINT THEY CAN JOKE ON YOU IN THE NAME OF HUMOUR ! 5. THEY CHASE YOU FOR PAYMENT..EVEN IF YOU ARE LATE BY AN HOUR ! 6. COMMITMENTS AND THEIR LIABILITY TOWARDS YOU IS GONE ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE PAYMENT..THE DEAL IS COMPLETE FROM THEIR END EVEN IF YOU SUFFER DUE TO THEIR LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY ! 7. THE PERSON DEALING WITH YOU, IS HIS OR HER OWN BOSS..THEY DONT REPORT TO ANYONE AS PER THEIR BOSSES. All the best to people who come in contact with them.
