β β β β β Such hospital s should shut down and open a market for business. Do not play with patients life or regret for lifetime. Making money was your business not saving lives.

β β β β β Dear Alumni I want to make you aware that Manas Hospital multi Speciality Critical Care @ Mumbai Naka is a place where covid patients are admitted for a huge amount. My mum was admitted here on April 8th after paying Rs1,00,000 for Oxygen ICU. Rs 25000 for medicine. We were not allowed to visit or see my mum. On 4th day we insisted a video call and we saw she was kept in dingy dirty room with an old oxygen mask which she had to press herself with 3 male patients. She is in her 80s she was told to clean her own wounds and blood. She was given food ones and the leftover was given again in the night. No one attended to her she was left to die. I went to the hospital next day April 13th and asked for a discharge . They took 5 hours and kept saying file is lost paper is lost. When my mum was bought on the wheel chair she was having blood stains fresh and old dried blood on her clothes and her nighty was soaking in urine as they did not help her no diaper even though we gave them. She was bleeding because of blood thinning no one helped her she was told to clean with her nighty. We were handed her in pathetic condition. Her hands are bruised black from constant pricking. The staff is not professional or empethatic. Being a diabetic patient she was not given food. Discharge paper treatment paper admission paper registration certificate of the hospital nothing was given to us reason given DAMA discharge against medical advice. Dr Sunil Ghadge who is the director told us "WE DO NOT TOUCH COVID PATIENTS" we only maintained her we did not treat her because you did not bring Remdesivir from the market. He insisted we buy from out and give it because he does not have stock. We gave him 2 but now we do not know if he gave her or sold it. He insisted we give another Rs 50,000 and keep her for 2 days as she may need ventilator. He is a rude and arrogant man shame to medical profession. My mum was physically, mentally and emotionally traumatized by the hospital staff. I am fighting for justice please stand with me in exposing this man who is a shame in the name of a doctor/medical profession. His 4th floor is a concentration camp where senior citizens are left to die. PLEASE DO NOT ADMIT PATIENTS IN THIS HOSPITAL?

β β β β β Me and my husband tested positive for covid around 6th April. After the initial 4-5 days in home isolation, our symptoms worsened with high fever and low oxygen levels. We travelled to Nashik from Pune and got the HRCT scan done which showed quite high score 18 for me and 10 for my husband. We got admitted immediately after the scan in Manas hospital.
The doctors here were very prompt and started the treatment immediately. They kept me and my husband on oxygen for 5 days. With administration of medicines through IV and continuous monitoring of temperature, oxygen levels we were recovered in next 10 days. My condition on admission was severe but it got better with the treatment.
Doctors are very keen and monitor the patients closely. They conducted the 6 minutes mask test on the last 2 days before discharge to approve the discharge based on our oxygen levels.
The food was really good and the staff was very caring and cooperative.
I want to thank the doctors and all of the staff here for the remarkable recovery we could make because of them. Thanks !!

β β β β β We as a family had a very bad experience with Manas Hospital with our covid patient. The hospital overcharged us, patient was neglected and not given timely treatment as a result our patient became critical. They admit covid positive patients for big money but patients are not cared well and the senior patients are neglected and left to die. Please use your discretion if you have to use the services of this hospital.
