Then i came to know about MANASTHA. Now iam taking video sessions from Shivangi Mishra. She is really wonderful human being. I shared my problems with her openly. She really understood my problems. Her way of approaching clients is excellent. She always concentrate on the root cause for the problem and give the therapy accordingly. Now iam felling great. Thanks to MANASTHA.

Salini Govada is my therapist and she is one of the kindest, most patient, and understanding people I’ve met. I love how she always reassures me that I’m not alone and guides me through my problems step by step. Not only does she help me resolve past issues, she also helps me be a better person for the future. Because of her, I am at peace with who I am and proud to be the person I am today. Thank you guys so much for giving me this amazing opportunity. I am forever grateful for Ms. Salini and this organization! 100% recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably what kept me sane and gave me hope during these uncertain times. I live in NZ and we were lucky for a long time to not be under lockdown (after the first wave of COVID) until the second wave hit and I had to wfh on my new job which I got promoted to. I was having a lot of issues relating to anxiety, depression, insecurity which was seriously hindering my performance in my new job. My quality of life - as in the way I was able to enjoy my life was very poor. It was affecting my marital relationship as well. That’s when my husband found Manastha for me and my therapist, Kushaangi, is the best. She listens to me like no one has ever did without judgement, and often after listening what I have to say she would say and insight which would totally open my mind. I have been able to learn a lot about myself and to take care of myself more. It’s a slow but a strong process which benefits you and also makes one’s quality of life so much better. I would recommend Manastha to anyone who is struggling emotionally or mentally to help themselves!!
