MRIS 21C has always supported the idea of equal opportunities for all. I really appreciate the efforts of MRIS 21C towards ensuring academic achievement of its students. The Academic Assistance Programme has been a major step in that direction. Teachers are giving additional sessions to children who lack understanding in some areas or some concepts, through separate online classes. These sessions are well-planned and well-structured. MRIS 21C has always been a safe and secure environment for my kids! What parents need to know about school reopening in the age of coronavirus Life during the COVID-19 pandemic was difficult for parents and children alike. The return to school is an important and hopefully welcome step, but we likely had many questions. Is it safe for my child to go to school? Sending both of my children to school wasn’t easy. But the school authority is really flexible and ready to adapt to ensure the safety of every child at MRIS 21C.  Improved hygiene measures, including handwashing, respiratory etiquettes, physical distancing measures, cleaning including proper sanitization procedures are all well practised. When I came to pick my daughter up after her first day at school since the pandemic, I asked her how was her day. She excitedly told me that all classrooms were sanitized, only one student was allowed to sit on a desk, temperature checking was done at the entrance gate, wearing a mask was mandatory and six feet social distancing was well cared of. After hearing from her, I was well satisfied and relaxed. All safety norms are set by the school diligently. Teaching- learning effectiveness is also obtained with offline classes with live face to face interaction. Offline classes are a way to achieve fully productive class in absence of technical glitches which my children often faced in the online ones. As my elder daughter’s final exams started, she was able to fully concentrate on her exam in the school premises under the supervision of her teachers. Attending classes in the school premises was a much more disciplined way for her and she could easily reach out to the desired teacher when she had a doubt. Giving exams in school made it smoother and increased her concentration level. Online classes was a way to combat an unprecedented situation to continue learning process when offline classes had to be stopped. Now that the situation is under control, it’s time we shift to the most effective way of teaching- learning for our children i.e. the offline one. We took admission for our daughter Saanvi Dewan in Toddlers at MRIS 21C this session (2021-2022). We are pleased to share that we are very happy and sincerely appreciate the efforts that the Class Incharge has been putting into each online class for the Toddlers. As Saanvi is very young and was joining school for the first time, there was a definite concern and doubt at the time of admission. Our concern was whether the online classes will be beneficial for her and if she will be able to understand anything through online classes. But observing the way classes are getting conducted we now believe we made the right decision. In just two weeks Ma'am has had a significant influence on our daughter. As parents our major concern was not only her academic development and progress, but overall development as an individual, which we are certain of now. We wish to appreciate and acknowledge the efforts of the Class Incharge. Looking forward to many more beautiful experiences with the MRIS 21C team. When COVID 19 came in suddenly and literally put a stop to our normal ways of living a "normal" life, MRIS 21C, truly a progressive institute, proactively decided to not let our kids suffer this loss, and took up conducting online classes for students. There sure were initial teething troubles to this as a parent, but the conducive hand holding by the teachers and veterans of MRIS 21C helped stabilize it very efficiently. These online classes have benefitted all of us in multiple ways- 1. It has taught our kids, by example, resilience, in a walk the talk manner. Their resolve was evident...that circumstances won't stop us and we will work together to overcome all challenges. 2. After a full academic year online, the children have definitely become more independent and responsible towards their academics, health and self management. 3. It gave us parents an insight of how MRIS conducts the daily classes at school, instilling reassurance in the institute. 4. Parents had to be more more actively participative in the daily education of the child; it was tough on us initially, but in hindsight I am glad I got this opportunity to be a partner in teaching my child. 5. The teachers have been extremely empathetic, understanding, efficient in delivering classes, and conducted the whole academic session in a very well balanced manner. It was something so new for them also, but not once we saw a sign of weakness or under confidence or doubt in their style as a teacher. The class size and demographic increased from just students to students plus parents, but teachers were totally in control of the situation. I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience regarding online classes at MRIS21C. Year 2020 was a tough one with no live classroom sessions, but still our child's school, MRIS 21C, has managed to create a strong bond with children and ensure learning at the same time, through the online classes. Teachers have put in every possible effort, sometimes even beyond expectations to teach our children. As a parent, I know it is very difficult to teach such a small child physically also, but teachers of MRIS 21C are making this possible even virtually and I have seen teachers doing it with such ease that it is impossible to believe that these children have never even met them personally. More importantly, the teachers are making sure that each child gets proper attention and that learning goes on very smoothly. I really appreciate the fact that focus is not just on finishing the syllabus, but teachers are ensuring that each child is learning properly. Children also enjoy the Co-curricular activities immensely. The warm ups sessions conducted by the teachers ensure that children do eye and body exercises also in between to reduce the onscreen stress. The peek-a-boo sessions of Principal ma'am and headmistress ma'am are much looked forward to by the children as they get a platform to showcase their work to ma'am and my daughter really loves to hear from them. It is indeed a very difficult time for all of us, but the teachers are making sure that learning doesn't stop at any cost. As parents, these classes have given us also the opportunity to experience and see what our children are learning. I am very happy with the way MRIS 21C teachers have taken up the responsibility of conducting online classes. The way teachers have put in their efforts, to simplify online learning, for students of all age groups is commendable. At MRIS 21C, learning does not stop there, as co-curricular activities like Interclass Quiz , Bal Mahotsav Competition and many others were also conducted in a planned way. As a parent, that gave me immense satisfaction. Additionally, Blissful Banter sessions gave children the opportunity to unwind with their teachers and peers. MRIS 21C believes in ‘hands-on-learning’ and that is evident through the Summer Holidays Assignment. Congratulations Team MRIS 21C, you all are doing a good job. My son has been  studying in MRIS 21C since  Bloomz, when he was just two years old and is now in Grade V. It has been almost 7 years now and our experience has been exceptional. I truly appreciate the way the teachers teach as well as manage the children. The other staff members are also very polite, courteous and ready to help. The school takes good care, provides amazing teaching-learning experiences and ample exposure for activities like sports, music, dance, presentation etc. Along with ensuring completion of syllabus, MRIS 21C also ascertains clarity of the topics taught, such that children apply the concepts learnt with ease. Infact, even online classes are being conducted very smoothly for almost two sessions. School is using updated digital facilities and software, which again help children to adapt to the needs of the future without compromising with their learning. We are happy and proud for our decision of putting our son in   MRIS 21C.
