Motilal Ji Shastri (Jaipur's renowned Vedic Scholar) in 1943 as his family's residence and center for Vedic research and publication. Currently, the premise withholds Manavashram Residential Area and multiple institutions including Rajasthan Vedic Tattva Shodh Sansthan, ACE Institute for English Speaking, ENT Clinic and a Health & Diagnostic Center. It is surrounded by commercial shops, hotels and shopping malls.
