★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOC Process is very slow, as an bike dealer you neend avoid to pick bike from them,
If you want your Bike NOC after 45 days you need to call them atlest 50 times they avoid your phone call avoid your whatsapp msg. In case you visit there office thats NOC guy not ready to come down to meet you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been chasing them from last 2 weeks to get loan clearance NOC and they have not been able to deduce how they will be of help. Every time a customer care representative comes with a different solution/excuse as if they are not aware of their own process.
This is really pathetic and disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two wheeler loan in manba, it was closed before 15 months and they again deduct monthly EMI for my bank account, and he say NOC get 65 day's before, aaisa he kya kahi, it's very worst service provider customer care number not receiving. Please don't get any Loan, he don't deserve also 1star, but not options..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Very Bad Experience with Manba Finac. One of executive call me and talked very rudely with me just because of I couldn't pay one installment on time. I mail too many times to company customer service but still I didn't not got any reply from them. Very very poor customer satisfaction and I would like to suggest not take any kind of loan from this company. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero star..my husband is no more n i have given all claim documents now 5 months crossed n claim executive Ms.Nilam when i told her to give claim number she talk with rudly n denied to give claim n policy details disconnected my call n till date no update regarding claim..will not pay one single bucks to this company... I will suggest to all go for Au small finance Bank for vehicle loan, best bank to give loan at lowest rate of interest n very transparent bank...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having a bike and finance was done with manba due to financial crisis I have not paid 2-3 emi's due to which there customer care executive was calling me regressively and was also using abusive words ..and they also having Goan and criminals as third party recovery agent ..they call and also threatened you..and also have very bad documentation system due to which many confusion also created..I will suggest IDFC bank..
