If someone is moving from Sambalpur, just move about 7 km from Dhanupali chowk towards Maneswar in NH42 Cuttack road , turn right for about 1km the temple is on the right side. The temple trust also conducts marriage and all types of rituals one want to perform. Beautiful arrangement, just book, good volunteers to conduct everything like puja and prepare food according to one capacity on payment basis. Overall it is a nice temple and one must visit at least once in lifetime. Om namah Shivaya.
