★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments in Mangal Bhairav are compact. Preferable for bachelors or couples with no kids. The Nanded City management now a days is not paying attention towards cleanliness in Mangal Bhairav. Even the sanitiser bottle was replaced in Several buildings after really long time after they break (lost their spray nozzle).
Each apartment on 1st floor has two balconies, apartments above 1st floor only have one balcony attached to Living room.
Electricity and water are prepaid, so people here are water conserving (in my opinion)
Overall it is suitable society for someone looking to buy apartment in budget or on rent.
