★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been admitted here for a week , apart from the personal care and attention that was bestowed upon me by each and every individual, the hospital was extremely clean and well maintained which is a must for every hospital. Thank you for taking such good care of me , god bless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened hospital under the able leadership of Dr Rajendra Munish Yadav, the hospital is poised to be the best in the state in coming years. Personal care without charging exorbitant fees is the USP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is most worst then thought's. No care for patients been taken even admitted in ICU nither by the doctors present nor by the nurses available.
Moreover the nurses and nursing staff at ICU are illiterate, unmannered ,uncultured and horrible. Even docters visit is improper and never meets the patient's attendants to satisfy there queries about patient. More over facilities for critical patients is not present .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of things that I didnt like about this place.
1. They dont accept gpay, paytm or cards. Just cash. That makes me suspicious as to how legit the business is
2. These days the treatment is not about just giving medicines. Its also about understanding patient's psyche. My father who had oxygen mask on for continuous 13 hours wanted it to be removed for a while because it was painful. Someone told him if he doesn't cooperate they will put him on ventilator or tie him up. Excuse me wth.
3. They have a seating area on the ground floor for patient's attendants. Their corridor does not have AC or fan. Just one table fan for the entire corridor.
4. I'll be honest I was desperate to get my father admitted to any hospital and we got this one. ICU was 20k a day. My cousin asked why is this so expensive and they said because of covid. This is a non-covid hospital who is banking on other people's misfortune.
5. I did say I was desperate. They brought my father's spo2 level from 52 to 87. I'm extremely grateful for that. But they kept insisting that we might put him on ventilator even when he was responding well to oxygen. Another way to increase our bill.
6. My father had severe lung infection. We didnt get an opportunity to have a one-on-one with the visiting doctor.
Good points:
1. Polite staff
2. They dont annoy you to make a payment as long as you're giving them some considerable amount
3. They allowed me to speak to my dad in the ICU when he threw tantrums.
4. They have canteen service during business hours to get tea or some snacks.
