★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place look quite professional and helpful initially.. until they delivered a set of rejected items.... firstly gave us no warranty card despite printed reminders by the manufacturer... When complained they would just not replace it nor give the warranty card... Only after an ugly argument, they gave us the warranty card and asked us to made us claim the rejected stuffs from the manufacturer... We spent another 15 days in running after the manufacturer....so effectively we were made to run around for replacing rejected items on their shelves... our biggest error is trusting them that they will deliver us the right product in good conditions.... A terrible experience... Way too low on ethics and professionalism... for sure DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL...
