★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with the Mangalam Ply is very disappointing and awful. They have no respect for clients in general, women in particular. Original order was not delivered in time, one pvc had to be compromised with another design at the time of delivery. When I enquired about the mdf jali order status , it was not even sent to the concerned person for cutting. Then after two days, when I asked if I should come to pick it up if the order was ready, the owner of the place spoke in insulting and inappropriate manner with me. I asked as you people dint deliver orders in time earlier too, so I was just confirming if the order was ready to pick. He started in rebuking manner and uttered,” Don’t call me for asking this. I am fed up of the phone calls from the irritating customers always bugging me with calls. “ Blah blah. Then as I went there to pick the item, he lost his temper and the limits of a gentleman in using foul words to a lady. I said Iwll complain against your awful behaviour,, he hurled his hand and said “ Jao kuch nhi hone Wala”… Gosh! This much arrogance !!
I think we all potential buyers should spare him from our visits and calls as he doesn’t want to be disturbed. Such haughty arrogant and disrespectful guys should be served with the same manner.
