★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although, I don't know much of this place.. Its a wedding venue as far as I know; I was there a few months ago, for the reception of one of our relative's wedding...
Haven't got much to say of it, what??? It's just a wedding venue, the same long haul, the dining area, rooms etc etc... One highlight though - the washrooms are 5star class.. I mean by the means of un-cleanliness??
So..yeah, it's just another Wedding Venue...

Mangaliki is one of the most reputed Lodge & Banquet Hall in the Railway & IIT City Kharagpur.
The location is very strategic as it is only a few Kilometers away from both Kharagpur Railway Junction & Bus Stand.
Mangaliki offers well appointed Rooms, Banquet and Conference/Meeting Halls along with both Indian & Western Toilets, Bathrooms, Changing Rooms & other facilities.
However, the Reception Area is not that much spacious. Cleanliness in Toilets/Bathrooms are also not up to the mark. Parking Space is also less spacious. These are a few flaws that should be rectified as soon as possible.
