★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been trying the nos provided on Sony India website and by the customer representative. None of the numbers work. Not sure how this helps the customers when a basic thing as to phone no is not available and/or does not work. Does the service center expect all of us to visit and then submit a request always or can it not be enquired over the phone??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased new PS4 Controller in month of Jan 2022 from shop in Mall at Thane. It suddenly stop charging and was not working after battery discharge after using for 3 months and was in warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase in Jan 2022. Shopkeeper guided me to Mangalmurti Enterprises who is Sony's Authorized service center and was very much satisfied with the customer support and got my new PS4 Controller replaced within 4 days. Thanks to help desk staff working at service center and would definitely suggest Sony products for such a wonderful after sales service from reputed company like Sony.
