★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't tell the cost of accessories, RTO and Insurance separately. They just told the on road price. When asked for deduction of accessories cost they declined to refund the amount.. Accessories were of below standard, plz purchase accessories from market at low prices.. They provided helmet in accessories which was of below standard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are really cunning or could say farud or have Ghazni like memory may be. My brother purchased Xtreme bike.
They charged for accessories package price.
As per their package helmet was also part of it. But he was already having helmet so he asked for some other accessories instead of it and they charged also extra for it.
Next day when he went to get the bike, these people denied all the commitment related to accessories.
Customers should better record the conversation or get in written with them otherwise their staff have Ghazni memory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no management syestam updated for bike service. There waste of money and lot of time taken in service my bike are enter in the work shop 9:am sunday and till time 2:44/pm no makineik are working on my bike very bad management system of hero show room.
