My order arrived in time and packaged well; can't wait to glitter at my nieces pre wedding function at the end of June ??
The items are all reasonably priced I'll be ordering again for sure!

Never order on this website ... im waiting since March 2020 for my order (7 item’s) ive tried to contact tham viah facebook and whatsapp and no one is responding... even ive called than 4 times they always say i have to wait they r closed — oh hello we aren’t stupid ! They dont give my money back.... its now one year that ive been waiting for my order
Ive lost my money —- please never order on this website they are FRAUDS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The color is totally off from what was advertised online and the pleats were sewed backwards. It looks so cheap for $139 US dollars. They won’t give me a refund insisting that the the color is true to the image. After emailing back and forth finally they agreed to refund few bucks just for the pleats. And of course this was my first time ordering. Had I known what sloppy job they do I would have never ordered from this site. There was no reviews under the sari I ordered so I had no idea how bad quality I was getting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an outfit online from Mango Surat for the first time. Item shipped eventually with no tracking information given. When item arrived the pants was completely different from the one advertised. Different colour and style. After complaining about this they told me to ship back the pants to be exchanged. It has now been 2 months since the pants was sent back ( I had to pay myself to get this sent back) to the address provided yet they claiming to have not received and not giving alternate solutions. So now I am stick with the kamiz and dupatta but no pants and judging from the responses i am receiving back via email I doubt this will be resolved. Never shopping from here again. Worst experience ever since I started buying indian clothes online 12 years ago

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered clothing from Mangosurat multiple times over the last three years and every time, the clothes look exactly as they do on their website and are of a beautiful quality. I’ve ordered salwars with customized stitching for Eid and each time, the sizing was accurate with the information I had given them. Recently, I bulk ordered 14 saris to give as gifts for an event and Mangosurat packed them beautifully, with each sari looking identical to each other (no color variation between them). Their customer service is also top notch and they really try to help their customers as best they can. For instance, I reached out to them about ordering blouses that are custom sized a little bigger than their size chart as a gift. Not only were they able to comply with my wish, the saris and blouses were absolutely beautiful AND Mangosurat sent the clothes so they arrived before the day I wanted to gift them! I highly recommend Mangosurat to anyone looking to buy quality Desi clothing for much less than what they’re sold for in the United States!
