★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After dad deciding to spend his hard earned money to send 12 mangoes, we got 9 in a box (5 of which were rotten near the core when consumed within 3 days of arrival, but I suppose that's no-one's fault). The company had absolutely no response to his complaint of the missing 3. It's not that hard - just acknowledge the error and everyone can move on. If it's part of some kind of a grand scheme to shortchange customers that's just sad.
