Love the variations in the workout. Mani really focuses on what the body demands and sets a pretty challenging workout. She customises workout according to your body. It’s really fun training with Mani.

I called and asked for Personal training where she conveyed that i can take one trial and later decide if i want to continue. Across the globe trial is not charged atleast not in Ahmedabad and even if it is charged you are communicated much in advance.
The studio is in poor condition with limited instruments.
Once i reached there and during the mid of the class she told that i need to pay 500/-. I was surprised to see the kind of demand she has without having any such facility at her end.
Please do not go and end up fooling yourself. She doesnt look like a persoanl fitness trainer.
