★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There used to be a dilapidated structure under which fishermen and ladies, meat and poultry owners use to sell their products. Then, few years ago Municipal Corporation built them a new and spacious structure. Now, sellers have enough space to sell their stuff and also keep their supplies with them. They also leave their basket and other stuff there itself since the place gets closed after sunset. Now, there are many fisher ladies who sell many variety of sea and river fishes, prawns, shellfish and more. Also, there are mutton and chicken stalls which sells fresh products since they don't have any freezer to store the same. Since, they are selling fishes, you need to bargain to save some money. Also, it is an art to recognize fresh fish and meat, so you should be cautious before buying anything from the market. I am giving three stars because the fish stalls stink. They should clean their place more often. Also, there is space outside the structure where people sell fruits and vegetables in the stalls or in the open. There are also some poultry shops outside the structure and they have freezer facility. Last but not the least, there are two or more spices shop which sell various spices blend for veg and non-veg cuisines. Overall, I give this place 3 stars and a thumbs up?. But there is always room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to stop by for a quick purchase of fresh and tasty fishes. Not to mention the exquisite masala stores to savour them. The place has been reorganized and a lot of positive changes are being made. Its a lot cleaner then earlier and management is bringing positive changes. Would recommend you to also try Jayu Masala and Kirana stores while you are here. The masala is just way too great!

You get everything related to household stuff. This is one of the oldest market of vasai.
You get fresh and organic vegetables even exotic ones here.
Fish market is the highlight of the place and you get a whole variety of fresh fish, mutton and chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fish market in Manickpur naka, excellent fish variety, fresh and reasonable prices. Morning 9 to 12 is the best time to visit and get good fish. You need bargain well and remember to visit all the stalls before you make your purchase. The fisherwomen are quite friendly and generous in their approach. One has to be sharp in bargaining skills, they might start with 500 ₹ but sell in 150₹. Overall, this is your best neighbourhood market place to purchase your fish. Once you are familiar face and regular customer around, the sellers will give their products in the most reasonable prices. So, don't wait, explore! ?
