Average fish price are same if compared with other market, but special fish like prawn, hilsa etc are overpriced, but of course it is negotiable.

Though it is advisable to shop during the morning hours. Also you should have some experience. Tip: Wear flip flops and dark t-shirt to avoid blood stains.
