★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a mess, no appointment system or slot booking.. the lady at reception told me to wait for 1h30m to see the doctor..
I was shocked to see the kind of mess and rush created in reception/lobby area that too during the pandemic times..Chose to walked out immediately without seeing the doctor..
would not review the doctor here as did not met him for consultation but surely the prevailing queue management is worst..
In a nutshell it was nothing less than a "SARKARI HASPTAL"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No reception manners.. money oriented(as I was charged double on normal timings because of corona lockdown)... I was having some another problem and doctor prescribed me medicine for something else..
And when I asked about my throat swelling as it is not related to disease for which I was prescribed medicine, doctor said come next time after a week and we will look into it in your next visit..
How could you expect someone to visit again if a patient is not satisfied in first visit..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone asked me to see an ENT specialist for my ENT related problem. I went to see the Dr Avinash manaktalia, he gave me 5 days medicines and asked to come after 5 days. After 5 days medicines , I came back on saturday evening well 2 hour before the closing time of hospital as per their documents and display board. I asked the counter staff . They said Doctor is not available and has some personal work and they simply advised me to come after 7 pm if it was necessary to see today and Doctor will see you with an emergency fee of Rs. 500 today atfter 7 pm and Sunday the hospital was closed as per their by laws etc.
Whether I was at fault, if Doctor asked me to see after 5 days medicines?...
And i understand there may be some emergency for Doctor not to meet at given time then why we have to pay emergency fee of Rs 500 with no fault of us......?
Now Problem was much bigger, I couldn't see other doctor on sunday as well.....
Maniktalia hospital is a business shop. They have no sensitiveness towards patients. They simply loot and harass patients.
Please see some other ENT specialists.
Never ever, I will recommend this hospital to any patients!!
