It's a pity that a brand like yours doesn't stand upto it's expectations and promise.I had come to your dharamtala showroom in Kolkata to book a sherwani of 44 size for my marriage scheduled on Oct 5th.I had paid an advance to get the sherwani delivered to my hometown in Odisha by 26th September. However your incompetent and irresponsible staff didn't keep their promise.A few days after my visit to your showroom I got a call mentioning that the designer is away and you won't be able to deliver the piece on time.To cool down my annoyance over the call your store manager assured that they would do something and deliver it on the promised date. Later, the product was delivered to my address on the specified date but to my surprise, it was of a smaller size than what I had ordered.On investigation I found that it was a 42 sized sherwani tagged by a 44 size sticker. Such cheating and improper business conduct questions your integrity and the trust with which a customer comes to you for service.I regret I should have taken service from a more reputed brand like manyavar.
