Well maintained garden, entrance, common areas.
One star less due to frequent power outages which last for 10-15 minute only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good apartment complex with heated community and huge number of buildings. Ample parking space is available. These are multiple parks inside as well as swimming pool, club house and other amenities. One important point I noted is that the security people do not check the properly on the vehicles and ask for confirmation from visitors to allow outsiders. This can be a security threat to all the people living in the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society for middle class family. Flat size are small. Amenities are not sufficient as compared to number of flats. Society is not well maintained and cleanness needs to be improved. Gardens and children play area not in good shape. Swimming pool is not operation for all months. It opens only in summer. Gym and club house are very small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the good societies on Pune-Solapur Highway. I don't live here, but I Have been there for couple of times to visit my friend. The location wise quite closer to Magarpatta City, so if you are working in Magarpatta, then this is best option to go with. The rents are little bit on higher side due to the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society.. quiet calm with excellent view.. from road to the society is little far.. during lockdown they are not allowing any delivery inside the society... Sometimes they are starting the thing.. so it was really tough to reach the gate by walking when you don't have vehicle.. even gas, big basket etc they didn't allow.. atleast they need to allow them up to the building.. good flats but bad society Management..

Please beware of this owner.. May be he lives in Sydney, but by heart he is shrewd and very poor person .
He can rent you his flat of 2bhk but you may never know at what time he can get you vacated with no reason. He rented me his flat but with in a year he asked me give his one room for his luggage which I said is impossible and he asked me to move out.
He may take advance money for House rent but at the time of returning it he will deduct amount.. He never paid my advance amount fully , even though before leaving his flat i cleaned the flat like I had received it on day one. I did repaired his flat tap water which were in pathetic condition, but never received money for this... when you try to reach out to him he will say it is justified and will block you out..He did this to me
Personal Experience- not good , better be aware of such ill Mindset self concentric people.
Think more than thousand times before getting his house on rent..
